Initial Consultation: We begin by discussing your program’s goals, academic focus, and logistical needs. This helps us design a tailored proposal that meets your specific objectives.
Program Design: Based on your input, we develop a detailed program proposal, including suggested itineraries, academic components, housing options, and excursions. We work closely with your faculty to ensure that the program aligns with your institutional requirements.
Pre-Departure Preparation: Our team assists with every step of preparation, including visa assistance, student orientations, and pre-departure materials that help students understand what to expect during their time in Morocco.
On-the-Ground Coordination: Once your group arrives, AAIN staff will be on hand to provide 24/7 support, from airport pickups to ensuring a smooth day-to-day schedule. We handle the logistics so your faculty can focus on the academic and cultural components of the program.
Post-Program Reflection: After the program concludes, we gather feedback from both faculty and students to ensure continuous improvement. We also offer post-program debrief sessions to enhance the learning experience.
